Hello, everyone! In this final issue of our
amusement park series, I’d like to introduce a beautiful amusement park: Kanzaki
Farm Park Yodel Forest. Located in the middle of Hyogo prefecture, the park is surrounded
by natural forest, water and fresh air, just like a natural park on high
plateau.
Alpacas, sheep, goats, horses, dogs and many more cute animals are waiting to meet you. Visitors will also be entertained by bird shows and dog shows (no dog shows during summer time for safety reasons). Visitors can also take the alpacas for a walk and get up close with the kangaroos. These opportunities do not come along very often!
Why not
also try your hand at archery, horse riding, go-karting in the Yamabiko Area of
the park? A children’s water play area is open throughout the summer months and
the Aqua Ball attraction is very popular among children. There are also walking
trails so that you can take your time and enjoy a relaxing nature walk.
The park features an abundance of different foods. The Farm Buffet (Noen Baikingu) offers you great hearty
local meals with seasonal vegetables grown right there on the farm. Meanwhile, Yodel
Shop is a perfect place to pick up locally-made souvenirs of your journey. You won’t
be limited to just buying local specialties here; you can even make your own. The
park offers workshops for making bread, sweets, butter and more. It is a great opportunity
for kids and adults alike to learn more about food. There’s nothing quite like
the taste of your own culinary masterpieces!
There are
even more great interactive attractions in the park in addition to the ones we
have covered in this issue. This is a great day out for all the family where
you can see, touch and even eat nature!
